8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup Key Lime Juice
2 - 8 oz. containers whipped topping
1 9-inch prepared graham cracker pie crust
Beat cream cheese with mixer or with a fork until smooth. Slowly add in granulated sugar. Pour in lime juice; blending until smooth, then fold in 1 container whipped topping. Blend well. Using a rubber spatula, spoon into graham cracker crust and smooth out. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Top with additional 8 oz. whipped topping.
Makes: 1 9-inch pie
